the gates coral lab

objective

my team is working with marine biologist, dr. ruth gates phd and the gates coral lab to build a global strategy connecting stakeholders focused on the race to save coral reefs.

outcome

this is an ongoing project.

to date, my teammates and I have built a full messaging strategy and organizational recommendations. we are building out the branding elements and will be delivering within the month a series of tools to allow dr.Gates and the gates coral lab to sell this idea to future collaborators. this will include a modular presentation deck, product prototypes, audience-specific messaging, and a synthesize of the research and cross-industry interviews we have conducted.
